Ion 1.0 & 2.0
A corrected version of the original 2006 Smart Parts Ion diagram — errors in the OEM artwork are marked directly in red by smartpartsparts.com, and the diagram is versioned and dated on its own last page (07.08.20 = July 8, 2020). Explicitly released for free copying and redistribution by its publisher. Useful as a second, independent source for catching OEM diagram errors, alongside the Version 2.0 manual's own known misprint (see its entry in this list).
The base factory manual — setup, disassembly, and adjustment for the original Ion and Ion 2.0. Likely an earlier edition than the Version 2.0 manual (it's shorter, and lists a different company address in the footer), though it isn't marked with a version number itself.
A later, longer edition of the base Operation & Maintenance Manual — explicitly marked "manual version 2.0" on its own last page, not just a color reprint of the same content. Known typo: its Fig. 18 parts diagram misprints the rear breech o-ring as ORN01170HN (11/70) — the correct part is ORN01770HN (17/70), confirmed against both the base manual and the Epiphany manual. Not the only error I've come across in this edition, so cross-check exact part numbers against the base manual when in doubt.
An official parts-and-spares ordering catalog, predating the diagram above — includes its own Body, Grip Frame, and Regulator exploded diagrams plus assembly tables with period MSRP. Useful as an independent third source for cross-checking part numbers.
