Specs
Quick-lookup specs, pulled from the same source content as the guide tracks — no rebuild-guide framing, just the numbers.
- O-Ring Sizes — every o-ring in the marker, grouped by where it lives: barrel, feedneck, firing assembly and bolt, ball detents, regulator, solenoid and hoses, and fasteners, plus what the OEM service kits included. The Epiphany has its own table, since several of its sizes differ from the Ion's even where the part looks the same.
- Thread Sizes & Barrel Compatibility — the barrel and feedneck threads, which barrel threads actually fit, and the fastener and fitting sizes you'll run into during a rebuild.
- Parts Interchange — which parts swap freely across the Ion, Ion 2.0, XE, and Epiphany, and exactly where the models diverge. Worth checking before you buy a used part listed for a different model than yours.
If you're mid-rebuild, the same numbers also appear in context on each guide's own pages — start from the guides if you'd rather have the procedure and the spec side by side.
No torque-spec page here on purpose — the Ion doesn't have factory torque specs the way automotive or firearms work does. Fasteners are hand-tight-plus-a-quarter-turn; see the fastener table on the Threads page for the few sizes that matter.
